Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S25 FE at IFA 2025 in Berlin, bringing a refined design, upgraded hardware, and long-term software support. While it closely resembles the Galaxy S24 FE, it now offers a larger 4,900mAh battery, faster 45W charging, and a 10% bigger vapor chamber for improved cooling. Running on Android 16 with One UI 8, the phone promises seven years of OS upgrades and security patches, matching Samsung’s flagship support.
Display and Design
The Galaxy S25 FE sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPS display with Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,900 nits brightness for vivid and smooth visuals. It also features an in-display fingerprint scanner and an upgraded 12MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The phone has a 7.4mm slim body, built with Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both sides and an armor aluminum frame for enhanced durability. With an IP68 rating, it is water- and dust-resistant. Available colors include Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy, and White, giving buyers multiple premium style choices.

Under the hood, the S25 FE is powered by the 4nm Exynos 2400 SoC, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. Samsung highlights improved thermal performance thanks to its larger vapor chamber, ensuring smoother gaming and multitasking.

The triple rear camera setup is similar to the S24 FE:
