vivo has officially shared more details about its upcoming X300 and X300 Pro flagship smartphones. The standard vivo X300 will come as the successor to the X200 Pro mini, as the company will not release a separate mini model this year. The device is confirmed to sport a 6.31-inch LTPO display with 120Hz refresh rate and slimmer bezels, making it one of the most compact flagships in the series.
Powerful Camera Setup with Zeiss Partnership
The vivo X300 will carry a 200MP Zeiss primary rear camera, paired with an upgraded Zeiss APO telephoto camera with macro support. On the front, it will feature a 50MP Zeiss selfie camera with autofocus, aimed at delivering professional-grade portraits and crystal-clear video calls.
Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner and Cooling System
For security, vivo is equipping the X300 with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, which is claimed to be 20% faster than the previous generation. To handle performance and heat management, the phone will include a 17% larger vapor chamber compared to the X200 Pro mini, ensuring smoother performance during heavy tasks like gaming or 4K recording.
Audio and Connectivity Enhancements
The smartphone will also support USB 3.2 for faster data transfer and LHDC lossless audio over wireless connectivity, catering to audiophiles and professionals who demand high-quality sound.
Performance and Launch Date
The vivo X300 series is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, ensuring flagship-level speed and efficiency. According to leaks, the series could officially launch in China on October 13, 2025.
