According to leaks on Weibo, the devices are likely to be unveiled on October 13, 2025, in China. The timeline, price, and availability for India have not yet been confirmed.

First Smartphones with MediaTek Dimensity 9500

The Vivo X300 lineup is expected to be the world’s first smartphones powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, offering flagship-level performance and efficiency for gaming, multitasking, and multimedia.

  • Vivo X300: Rumored to feature a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ panel, replacing the X200 Pro Mini. Vivo is reportedly dropping the 6.67-inch variant.
