Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro Teased – Massive Battery, Slim Design, and ColorOS 16 Confirmed

Following Apple’s iPhone 17 launch, Oppo has officially teased the upcoming Find X9 series, confirming key specs including battery size, design features, and software upgrades. The Find X9 and Find X9 Pro are expected to make their official debut in October 2025.

Battery and Dimensions

The Oppo Find X9 Pro will come with a massive 7,500mAh battery, while the standard Find X9 will house a 7,025mAh battery. Despite the large cells, Oppo has managed to keep the devices slim—measuring 8.25mm for the Pro and 7.99mm for the vanilla X9. In terms of weight, leaks suggest 224g for the Pro and 203g for the X9. The Pro will feature a 6.78-inch display, while the vanilla X9 gets a 6.69-inch screen.

Design and Display

The series will use “cold carving” technology and debut a new hero color called Titanium. Both phones will feature flat displays with ultra-thin bezels measuring just 1.1mm on all sides (unconfirmed). Oppo has also confirmed eye protection features and a special anti-motion sickness mode.

Camera and Performance

The Find X9 will feature a triple 50MP rear camera setup, while the X9 Pro will upgrade to a 200MP periscope lens for advanced zoom photography. Both devices will be powered by the Dimensity 9500 processor, include 80W fast charging, and switch to ultrasonic fingerprint sensors. A new “Plus Key” smart button will also be introduced.

Software and Apple Compatibility

Running on ColorOS 16, the Find X9 series will feature native support for Apple devices, demonstrated with AirPods 4 pairing. Video recording improvements have also been promised.

With its mix of massive batteries, slim design, flagship cameras, and cross-ecosystem compatibility, the Oppo Find X9 lineup is shaping up to be a strong competitor in 2025’s premium smartphone market.
